hi there,
we have a 2 bed eot house in South Ockendon ESSEX,RM15 5JY,with rtb, driveway,medium sized front garden.
lounge is 16ft by 12ft with large bay window.
kitchen is 11ft by 9ft
back garden is 50ft
upstaires we have sep wc/bathroom
main bedroom1 is 19ft by 12ft and with council permission we have divied this room into 2 bedrooms via a false wall that can be removed if so wished.
bedroom2 is 11ft by 9ft with a built in wardrobe.
we are close to all amenties ie shops,boots, woolworths,pet shop,convenince store, indian restaurant,chinese restaurant, top take away lol,savamore, just the job,hairdressers, block busters,another chemits,locla council offices,drs,health centre,2 parks to choose from,belhus woods as shown in house pictures gr8 for taking the kids to and also dog walks,we are clsoe to all bus routes and stops, train station,schools, loads of choice from secondary to primary.leisure centre featuring golf course,swimming pool, gym,etc,mardyke and up and coming country park,acess to M25/Dartford tunnel/A13, so easy acess to london, either by train or car ride.,lakeside shopping complex every shop all under one roof,theres also lakeside retail park, everything from pizza hut to mac donalds and furniture stops, toysrus etc etc lol.
we have a market on here every sat and tuesday, gr8 for everything you need from clothes to food, gr8 meat stall.
neighbours are gr8 elederly lady of 90yrs oneside and her grown up son, the other side is a young couple who work in the city all day,been here 16 yrs and never ever had any probs at all, this is a non estate area and very quite.
we need large 3/4 bed house ,must have DRIVEWAY,nice size lounge for 4ft 6in tropical fish tank to go in,large kitchen/DINEINGROOM to fit large table and 6 chaires in,nice size bedrooms please for the children, not small,also large garden anything from 50ft and above please would be gr8, pref grassed some of it as have 18m old son, so if child proof would be gr8 all grassed,and not over looked please,must be close to all amenites, ie schools, shops,petrol station,etc etc,must have gch.not oil.
must be child friendly area like ours not an estate plz.no large cities, or estates please,we do not want blackpool,london,or brighton, or st leonards thanks.
we will also consider very rurual ESSEX, ro rural KENT.
areas like coastal devon,cornwall,somerset,norfolk,dorset,or rural wilts,worcestershire,huntingdonshire,gloustershire,wales,scotland,basically if its rural or coastal we would be intersted lolso forgot to mention new doubel glazed windows have been fitted to this property on the 13.09.06, counccil contract, work done by anglian windows.
